Fear

Today was a great day with some good advice given and some good lessons learned. I’m not going to go into everything but the one thing that really stuck with me, and that was how to overcome fear. An intelligent woman that I heard speak today said it best, “When you are afraid, that’s when you need to do it. Run to it rather than away from it.” Those weren’t her words verbatim, but close enough. Run towards fear and you’ll realize it wasn’t nearly as bad as you thought it was going to be, and that fear will start to diminish.

Sleep…How Important Is It?

You may realize you aren’t sleeping well, but believe that as long as you have some caffeine, you’ll be fine. Or maybe you basically sleepwalk through your day, thinking it’s really not that big of a deal. Wrong. It IS that big of a deal and if you aren’t sleeping, you are wreaking havoc on your body. Meditation
