Sleep…How Important Is It?

You may realize you aren’t sleeping well, but believe that as long as you have some caffeine, you’ll be fine. Or maybe you basically sleepwalk through your day, thinking it’s really not that big of a deal. Wrong. It IS that big of a deal and if you aren’t sleeping, you are wreaking havoc on your body.
