Did you know that just 5 minutes of meditation a day can help reduce stress levels? Not sure how to begin meditation? Many people struggle with sitting in a dark, silent room. Their minds wander which by the way, is perfectly normal when beginning the practice of meditation. Most people however, feel they aren’t getting the full benefit when this happens.
